The simple things in life make me happiest, such as iced coffee, exploring new places, and getting lost in a fantastic book! Being a military spouse and a mama to three littles, I can easily tell you that my world revolves around my family. I can share the importance of getting pictures of those fresh babes before they grow so big!

Ten years from now, you can reflect on those sweet pictures and relive those baby days, reminiscing the first time you held your baby, the first time you brought them home, and that sweet newborn scent. As a photographer, it’s an honor to capture precious memories for you and your family and create a work of art you can cherish. My Process as a Northern Virginia Newborn Photographer
I love being able to capture lifestyle newborn sessions! Lifestyle sessions allow me to come into your home and have photos of the whole family, including moms, dads, and siblings. Your pets can also easily be included! It is just so wonderful to be in the comfort of your home, relaxing with your new baby, and having documentation of you loving your new baby! Being in-home keeps it relaxed and allows us to take breaks, outfit changes if needed, or snack breaks for little ones.
Newborn sessions typically take place 5-14 days after the baby is born. Still, I leave it up to each family to decide when you should have your baby photographed. If you want to wait until you feel more settled, that’s not a problem. I have a pretty simple booking process. I work with you before the session to style you and your family so your wardrobe complements one another. The styling I offer is usually a considerable time saver and relieves so much stress just by you having help while choosing outfits.
My Newborn Photography Style
I’m proud to offer authenticity with a modern touch, encouraging you and your baby into natural poses and natural smiles. Natural light and emotion are critical components of my style. As I photograph a session, I try to capture the moment as it unfolds both realistically and artfully. It’s typically a blend of documentary meets lifestyle. I love bright, airy whites, vibrant colors, and movement.
My Packages
I strive to keep things simple, so I keep my pricing all-inclusive. The number of digital files you receive is not limited, so there is no need to choose your favorites. As part of my services, I will share the entire story of our time. These are typically 40+ edited high-resolution digital images downloaded from your private online gallery. You’ll also receive wardrobe and planning guidance, a slideshow with music, and a complimentary print credit!
Many of my pregnant clients book the bump-to-baby package, which includes maternity and newborn sessions. My bump-to-baby package consists of a maternity and newborn session, which saves you a bit of money compared to booking them separately.
I also offer Fresh 48 sessions, so I can really capture those new and fresh little wrinkles and tiny details that will fade away in a few days.
